 CANADIAN ORDERS:
When your order is processed we add a surcharge for the
estimated extra shipping to Canada . Each order is taken to the US Post Office
and based on the actual cost, the surcharge is adjusted.
Most products can be shipped to Canada . We will try to
ship items through the US and Canadian Post Offices. When your order is shipped
through the post office there is less chance it will be delayed in customs or
assessed a customs fee.
Please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be
delivered. We can not control delivery or track packages once they leave the US
. If any questions arise about your delivery, we ask that you check with your
local post office and postal carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Golf-hole-in-one.com ships international orders through Bongo International. To place an order to ship internationally you must first acquire a US address from Bongo International prior to completing the "Ship To" address in your shopping cart.
ON LINE ORDERS
We accept on line orders through our secure ordering system and honor Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No personal or business checks or credit terms are accepted.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation at the email address you enter.
When the order ships you will receive a confirmation at that email address. In most cases a tracking number will be supplied (there are a few suppliers who do not supply tracking numbers at this time).
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders are processed and shipped directly from our manufacturer within 3-4 business days, except where noted within our store. Products requested to ship via express delivery also require a 3-4 business day processing time before they can be shipped by this method.
Allow an additional 5 business days for via ground shipments (and 2 - 3 days for express delivery)to receive product.
Shipping will be calculated during check out and added to the product price unless shipping is included in the price of the product. Shipping via express delivery requires an additinal surcharge.
Shipping charges are based on weight and location within the continental U.S. For Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Alaska shipping charges may be slightly higher. You will be contacted within 48 hours if additional charges are applicable.
Golf balls, markers, pencils and clubs are not included with any purchased product.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
No returns are accepted for personalized or customized products. Damage or errors made by Great Golf Memories or its suppliers will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
Other requested returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product and approved by our office before returning.
Returned product is assessed a 10% re-stocking charge. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to a location to be specified by Great Golf Memories. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees. Email your request and describe the reason for return to office@greatgolfmemories.com
